UWMF:
- Complete Exam QA form in PACS.
- If no finding, then dictate in PenRad as suboptimal and BI-RADS N/A.
- If there is a finding, then dictate in PenRad as you would for a finding to include recommendation for additional views for the technical repeat
Outreach:
- Complete Exam QA for in PACS.
- Do not dictate exam.
- Call mammo techs at site (Fort, Meriter, Mauston, GHC, AP); tech will remove exam from read list.
