UWMF:

  1. Complete Exam QA form in PACS.
  2. If no finding, then dictate in PenRad as suboptimal and BI-RADS N/A.
  3. If there is a finding, then dictate in PenRad as you would for a finding to include recommendation for additional views for the technical repeat

Outreach:

  1. Complete Exam QA for in PACS.
  2. Do not dictate exam.
  3. Call mammo techs at site (Fort, Meriter, Mauston, GHC, AP); tech will remove exam from read list.
